lol I know. I just snapped this with a marco zoom when I was hoping to find some deer in the wood near me. I looked down at my feet and thought, "That looks nice." and snapped a few shots. I'm always surprised by how many people really like this one. I almost didn't post it ;)

Someone said it was Oxalis, also known as sourgrass. I have to admit I have no idea. Thanks for the compliment!

You did a tremendous job capturing the colors you saw, my friend. I'm convinced the clovers are growing right out of my laptop screen!

Thank you. It's kind of a cheap lens that I think I should be using more often!

It's a pretty terrible zoom but no so bad with the marcos. I'll be breaking it out very soon!

I like it, but this plant is actually an Oxalis, or more commonly known as sourgrass.

Thank you and thanks for the plant info. I'm quite ignorant of such things :) Another posted noted that it could be eaten.

This was shot on a Pentax ist DS with a cheapo Quantaray 300 mm macro zoom. I think I had the macro setting on. I was actually out hoping to catch some deer in a park near me but there were no deer so I shot this, kinda liked the color and posted it. I've been very surprised that it's so popular. It does much better around St Pat's :)
